Paul was very thorough in explaining our options. They provided top tier products at a very competitive price. When the heat load calculation came back higher than expected, the additional equipment needed (which increased the work load) was extremely reasonable.The crew was terriffic! They did an excellent, neat job. They were very accommodating in some minor changes. There is a lot of equipment involved, and they did as concise and neat a job laying it out and installing it as I could have asked. Before hiring Paul and the team at County Cooling I spoke with about half a dozen other contractors. Paul was the most responsive and came up with the best plan for what we were looking for. The price was right and he was aware of the rebate offered through the state where as other contractors were not. With County Cooling you get the best of both worlds — the care and attention that you might receive from an independent operator along with the professionalism and legitimacy that a large contractor offers. If you are in Westchester and looking for a heating/cooling contractor for your home, I would highly recommend considering County Cooling!
