“I called Taconic after a very long 2 years dealing with the company that installed my Carrier air condition and gas furnace. The company that installed my system was a local company out of Harrison NY, (Evolution HVAC) but I realized that they didn’t have the slightest interest in getting it to work properly. Many issues with the furnace went uncorrected to this date.Fast forward 2 years and a lot of grief, emails that weren’t returned and phone calls that weren’t answered.I called Taconic and spoke to Linda who was very friendly and made you feel like you knew her for years. She dispatched Omar the next day who was an “outstanding tech” who left no stone unturned and found the problem with my furnace. My greatest admiration goes to this company and above all Omar who is a credit to his company for not only finding the problem, but in the way he worked explaining everything he was doing as he was doing it.
