A driver was nervous about the street I am on and decided to part partially on the sidewalk for safety. Unfortunately the weight of the truck damaged my sidewalk. The owner called me immediately and was courtesy professional and not in the least defensive regarding the incident and all of this was prior to him reviewing the photos I took. He understood my concern and rectified the matter within 48 hours by sending experts to fix the issue.
