My water heater started leaking Sunday morning. I called Imperial and they responded and within an hour on a Sunday and I had a quote and appointment within minutes. The price was extremely reasonable. They came on time and did an excellent job. There were no hidden fees. They made a tough situation as easy as possible. We were extremely pleased with the service and value!
I was very pleased with Steve, very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to take care of things for me. He also looked over everything in my basement as I had purchased my home recently and he made some suggestions without pressure.
I had a few small jobs to complete they helped me with everything . I needed a new hose and was able to purchase one from them while they didn’t charge me for a pipe repair. They are extremely helpful and if they can’t fix it that moment they’ll be back the next day to finish the job. I highly recommend this company
