A plumbing problem in the house can be stressful but these guys were great and their service technicians got my bathroom plumbing back to working order quickly. The guys were pleasant to deal with and they expertly shifted gears when what had been a routine bathtub faucet repair turned into a bathtub drainage issue (my often cranky bathtub drain decided to totally clog up while testing out the new faucet) they had to work hard to get the drain cleaned of tons of old gunk out got it running better than ever.
Our entire main drain was clogged. Roto-Rooter was the only place that could come that day. They came, quickly assessed and took care of the problem. Probably a bit higher priced than some services, but the expediency and professionalism is worth a slightly higher price.
We had a major clog in our main line that was backing up all of our drains. After calling another company earlier in the day who told us that we needed to excavate and replace the main line, we decided to call Roto Rooter for a second opinion. Brian was our Roto Rooter technician, later that day, and he took the time to snake the line back and forth till he was sure the clog was out. And, instead of an excavation which would have wrecked our yard, he suggested other options for us go over any potential cracks in the main line and fix them. I can’t recommend Roto Rooter enough!
