They first came out to look at a bathtub replacement and provide a quote. While they were there, my grandfather mentioned a plumbing leak that had shown up overnight and caused a big drop in water pressure throughout the house. The plumber quickly found the issue, explained what was going on in simple terms, and gave us a very fair price for a weekend emergency visit. They repaired the pipe in about an hour and got the water pressure back to normal fast.
