“The young man that came here today was very courteous polite respectful. Gave us our options which was very good. He unclogged our kitchen drain that was running very slowly. But he did tell us we could go a little longer if we wanted to but we have a big party coming up so we opted just to do it. But I thought the price was kind of hard high I know he doesn't set the price but I thought it was kind of expensive. But you guys are always trustworthy and stand by your work. He diagnosed an issue plaguing me for over a decade. I had a recurring blockage no fault of my own. He got the county Involved back on Feb 8 2026 . They came out said it was fine. Fast forward April 11 2026 he called again to no avail. He came back and scoped the issue and followed through with the county. It is April 14 and I am happy to say the blockage under the road was repaired. Kudos Rob“
