Kyle and Bradley were efficient, diligent, attentive to the details, respectful and quick. They diagnosed quickly and came prepared to repair with extra parts. I was particularly impressed with the fact that after their diagnosis, they called the Navien company and confirmed their findings and plan to repair. Double checked themselves and that’s impressive! Outstanding!!-from initial contact with Scott through the entire process of replacing our decades old gas boiler. Scott is very communicative and quick to respond and answer all our questions. We had a challenging installation due to the tight space/closet that our previous boiler shared with the water heater. But that did not deter Scott. He viewed my pictures and video and then came out to survey the project. He was positive the whole time and said they would get it done-and they did.
