We called Glenn at 11:00 at night when a leak caused a flood in our house. He helped us detect where the leak was and showed us what to do to get through the night. He followed up early the next morning. Glenn was responsive, professional, and thorough. His fee was extremely fair. He responded quickly and was able to solve our issue in no time. He cleaned the entire work area so well you couldn’t even tell someone was there. I will definitely use him again if we ever need to and would recommend him to anyone.
Glenn was fantastic. I had a main line that was collapsing gradually for years. Clogs/backups became more and more frequent until eventually my snake could not punch through to clear the clog. I called Glenn and he was able to come by within a couple of hours to clear it with the machine. After a few more times clearing clogs Glenn recommended the pipe be changed which I knew was long overdue. I am a do it yourselfer with alot of things and ask alot of questions. Glenn gave me a bunch of advice on what to expect and I actually began digging just to take a look. I was able to locate the pipe and called Glenn to swap in a new one.
