“I hired another plumber to replace my sewage ejector pump, but after three and half hours of installation, the person was unable to complete the job. That night, I called and spoke with Brian, the owner of Gerken Plumbing and Heating. He sent his technicians the next day, and they completed the replacement in only one hour. Brian’s technicians were professional, friendly, and efficient.

A week later, I had heating issues with a second-floor bedroom. I had recently hired an oil company to service the oil burner and bleed all the lines, but the baseboard heater in that bedroom was still not working. I called Brian again, and he promptly came to my house with his technician to assess the situation. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and has been in the plumbing and heating business for over 40 years. He explained the problems I was having and gave me helpful recommendations. His technician then repaired the heating issue right away.

The price was extremely reasonable. They came on time and did an excellent job. There were no hidden fees. They made a tough situation as easy as possible. Not only did they fix my water heater, but they repaired another half dozen problems with my plumbing that I had put off for the last year. Their work was fabulous, everything installed as I asked for, everything worked perfectly. Nice fellows with excellent personalities, I really felt that they were prioritizing my interests while they were here. I could not be happier about the work performed by Sampson Plumbing and Heating, especially that their prices were very reasonable as well.
