This is my 2nd major renovation with Shells Only, and I'd use them again if we had anything else to do. I can't recommend them enough. They redid my kitchen years ago and added a dormer this time. My project manager Chris contacted me every single day to tell me exactly what was happening. The few times the daily plan had to change, he told me as quickly as possible, and explained it. We finished quickly for a major job, in less than 90 days, with zero delays. We needed an extension to our home and Denni our project manager provided us with a breakdown of all the project phases from inception to completion. We were able to look at all of the finishes for our bathroom and floors in the showroom and were very content with the level of service provided to us. All of our contractors on the project were respectful of our space and were quick to communicate any issues that would arise so we can get them resolved quickly. We continued to get e-mail updates throughout the project informing us of any upcoming milestones so that we wouldn't get caught off guard as well. Extremely pleased with Shells Only! We were told it would take 4 months for our dormer (second floor on our ranch, and opening up the entire first floor) and it ended up taking less than that even after deciding to add an entire new kitchen in the middle of it all! We originally planned to redo the kitchen afterwards, but their work was just so good and efficient that we didn’t want to wait or do it with anyone else. Working with Denny was especially amazing.
