We have used Shells Only twice. Once for a second floor dormer and now for a full main floor gutting and brand new kitchen and bar.As expected, all the people involved from the initial consultation, to the kitchen designer to the last of the finish work was a superb experience.One of the most pleasant aspects of this project was that many of the same people who worked on our dormer (9 years ago) were here again to make this project a dream come true. I recently had shells only do a full 2nd floor addition added to my home, I'am the guy who asks alot of questions, takes notes and pays attention to details. I have had a lot of issues in the past with contractor's.However this time was different and it was because of Shells Supervisor Adam who walked my wife and I through the on site project which had its challenges. Shells has a complete design center which cuts out a lot of leg work for the homeowner and makes the process smoother overall, they have proven pros for the trade at hand. Shells only is very professional and works with its customers throughout the project and even after its over. The ability to use their showroom and deal with one contractor to get the project done was a time and money saver. The also assisted with all permits needed which gave me piece of mind. Will use them again.
