“What a fantastic company and they are very lucky to have suck wonderful employees. I am not one for reviews but this company definitely deserves my praise and acknowledgment. I had a full cesspool and called another company to pump it. While doing so they said I need the lines cleaned as well and while doing that they broke the main line came out 4x after to scope and try and clean line. After that 4th time on New Year’s Eve I had enough of them making excuses and called ray the plumber. They said my suspicions were right and the main line had be badly damaged and to be replaced. Because of positioning the best option would be to just reroute the whole line and indoor main plumbing stack in a better direction and so I would not have to destroy huge cement pad I have. So on January 2nd they sent what looked like the whole company to my home and had the enormous job of erouting the main stack in my home going through foundation and putting in new mainline through yard. They showed up at 9 am with 8-9 trucks and over a dozen very professional nice men that had the job done done before 2pm. They were extremely professional respectful of my home and my pets and so friendly. The price was extremely reasonable for huge amount of work they needed to do in the freezing cold and the amount of staff they sent out. That night I had a leak separate from the work they did I called them they sent someone out first thing the next morning and fixed it free of charge. I really can not say enough wonderful things about this company and their ALL of there staff, from the receptionists answering phones and dispatching to the master plumber from rays and the cesspool specialists fromThere sister company Zoom drain and cesspool. Everyone was top notch and I was very impressed. Great work reasonable prices and very respectful and responsive. Thank you all!“

Offered a breakdown of possible pricing and a time frame for the next morning since it wasn't an absolute emergency.Dominick arrived on the earlier side of the time frame provided from the night before, and gave me about a 30 min heads up before he got there.Both on the phone and in person, Dominick offered ways to save some money as oppose to trying to upsell me on services. For some reason anytime my cesspools back up or I have a clogged drain it’s always at night and I call and leave a voicemail, they call me first thing in the morning and accommodate me. They show up when they say they’re going to show up and they are neat and clean and don’t leave your house in a mess. They are by far the best!!!“

“We have used Tom Egan & Co. once before & were nothing but pleased by both their professionalism, quality of work & above all HONESTY. Recently, as a result of all the heavy rains, we started to notice a one ft. wide hole appearing in our side yard, where one of the cesspools is located. Naturally, we were prepared to hear the worst. Tom sent one of his people over (Mike) the next day, who conducted a total inspection of the area. He assured us the "problem" was nothing more than runoff & to simply fill the hole w/topsoil, as soon as the rains stop. He could have easily have told us the system had failed & we would have been looking at an enormous $$$. But he didn't. We trust him & so value his knowledge & honestly, that we cannot ever imagine using anyone else. We highly recommend this company! 5 * for sure!!! Integrity is still alive!!!“
