I hired another plumber to replace my sewage ejector pump, but after three and half hours of installation, the person was unable to complete the job. That night, I called and spoke with Brian, the owner of Gerken Plumbing and Heating. He sent his technicians the next day, and they completed the replacement in only one hour. All I can say is—AMAZING! Brian and his team are responsive, professional, and they get the job done right. I’ve used Gerken Plumbing for numerous jobs over the years: from small jobs like toilets and faucets to bigger jobs like a boiler and hot water heater replacement. I’ve been happy with their work every time. They are the only plumbing business I use now. And I’ll add that Brian and his guys are just so nice—great people!
Brian and crew were prompt and efficient both with water heater installation and minor plumbing repairs. The technicians were polite and did a thorough clean-up of job site. I will and did have Gerken Plumbing back.
