I've done a lot with vinyl lettering over the years, from lettering my vehicles, to signage on commercial properties that I managed, and Cam at Vital Sign & Graphics took it to new level.I had some vinyls done for my new van, and my wife's car, and Cam was more than happy and able to re-size my .ai files as needed to fit the new van perfectly. And when I (naturally) had an incident with the installation of one of the letters, Cam and Jamie immediately cut my a new letter and then installed it so that I wouldn't mess it up again. :)Very personal service, very nice guys. Just know that they are BUSY, so your project may take a bit of time. But that's OK, quality (and buying local) is worth it!Five stars, and highly recommended!

We recently moved from DC where everyone is close in distance and there are more contractors, so I've had bad experiences finding good help here due to distance needed to be driven or arriving well after agreed upon time. Jeff arrived on time from a distance away and was open to coming back for a follow-on job that required a taller ladder for a fair price.

When I arrived on February 5th, I was totally hopeless. I had serious doubts that I could ever live a clean and productive life again, and I had doubts that they could offer anything other than any of the other facilities. But I was wrong. My experience there was unlike any other. I was always treated with dignity and respect. And the staff would go out of their way to assure I was learning and obtaining as much knowledge and information possible about my disease.

Window Depot replaced my Bay Window last week and I couldn't be happier. The crew of Ryan, Julio and Nate were professional, knowledgeable and personable. Between the window installation and the trim work inside, the craftmanship was very impressive. The crew went above and beyond what the job called for. They replaced and repaired my soffit and even repaired my storm door, which has been driving us nuts for years. You won't find a better combo of quality, price and crew for any window job you have.

I just want to make a shout out to Choice Heating and Cooling in Cohoes, NY, specifically Norm Fields!Had a lil oops yesterday and the HVAC guy mistakenly hit my mailbox, he was so nice and nervous, I actually high fived him. I mean its a mailbox.Anyhoo, I promptly received a call yesterday from Norm and we spoke today to handle the fix, he said wouldn't be today but would be done.Well, my old mailbox had a slight new swing and was positioned ever so slightly toward the ground. I heard the mailman so I ran out to collect the mail if we had any. AND - Much to my surprise the new one is all up..... didn't even know they came.Being in the service industry, I cannot tell you how happy this makes me, I am so pleased with the professionalism of him and his technician. I was super sad that she wouldn't move down to the city with me back in 2019 ? so I make the trip to see her when I'm in need of a cut100% recommend this establishment. Wow!! What a fantastic experience and amazing massage. I felt so relieved and stress free leaving there. Deep tissue massage, she snapped my toes, fingers and got the knots out of my back and neck and left me feeling loose and relaxed. I'm sure I'll feel better for days. I came to NY to see the sights and had a few rough days. This is what i needed. Absolutely, without this great massage the vacation would have sucked. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
