“Wade Electric came out a few years ago and replaced our electrical box and also gave us a hookup for our generator as well as some other electrical work. Bob Wade came himself to do the estimate and he had another person come with him to do the work. Caruso and the team are amazing people! Our family was out of power for about 6 days. I had called Caruso on the 5th day Thursday without power. They had service manager come out to the house to assess the situation. Caruso team, rearranged their workload for the next day Friday, to have their team come and replace and repair reconnect everything, we had electricity inspector at the house by midday, passed inspection first time right!
The longest part of the waiting was National Grid coming out to the house to restore power ⚡️late Friday night!!

Ooh, get this our family got a follow up call from Caruso team to make sure we were good and lights were working.
