Boght Veterinary Clinic is a highly praised veterinary clinic that offers exceptional care for pets at reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the kind and skilled staff, who provide prompt attention, respectful handling of animals, and effective treatments. The clinic has earned a reputation for delivering quality care and great value for their clients.
The clinic is known for its great prices, fair scheduling, and no upselling. Clients who have established a relationship with the clinic find it easy to schedule appointments and get their pets seen. While certain clients may be prioritized, the staff is overall very helpful and caring.
The clinic has received mixed reviews. Some customers praise the friendly and knowledgeable staff, such as Dr. Ford, who provides thorough explanations and answers questions. However, others have found the exam areas and rooms to be small, dated, and not very clean, with basic amenities lacking. The front desk staff has also been criticized for being more focused on each other than on attending to customers.
Despite these issues, the clinic remains a popular choice for pet owners in the area, with many clients, including those with multiple pets, highly recommending the clinic for its excellent care and great value.
