Jeff was punctual, friendly and professional. I'd recommend Jeff on any future electrical issue. We recently moved from DC where everyone is close in distance and there are more contractors, so I've had bad experiences finding good help here due to distance needed to be driven or arriving well after agreed upon time. Jeff arrived on time from a distance away and was open to coming back for a follow-on job that required a taller ladder for a fair price.
