DSR saved our kitchen from major damage. Our drain pipe fell apart while washing dishes and flooded our cabinet under the sink. This caused water to drain down into our finished basement. DSR was first in my Google search for a local plumber and I am glad I texted. David responded to me at 8PM that evening and was able to come to our home the following morning at 7:30 AM.
When David & his apprentice arrived, David was able to diagnose the issue right away, offer practical, long-term solutions and fixed the drain pipe for our kitchen sink during the same visit. It was great to talk with him while he did the repair for us and never tried to upsell us during the visit. He also assured me that if something goes wrong after he leaves, he would come back at no charge.

When our organization needed to put an addition on a house we went through 3 other builders who all backed out or ghosted us before we went with a "real" professional contractor. Peachtree exceeded our expectations at every step of the way, in every part of the process.Brian, our project manager, was easy to work with and talk to and kept us up to date with honest info every step of the way. When we had concerns about the quality of some of the subs' work, he usually had already noticed and was already on it, and if not he agreed and got it taken care of.I remodel houses for a living and expected any builder to use low quality builder grade materials. I was pleasantly surprised that they used Advantech flooring and other high quality stuff and the insulation and other work was all well done. Alex (the lead carpenter) and the other guys were conscientious, professional, and easy to work with and talk to.I renovated the kitchen, took out a bearing wall, did electric work and our volunteers painted and did other work while Peachtree took care of the addition. The residents moved in before the addition was complete and Brian and Alex somehow took all of this in stride!In a world where dealing with GCs is a challenge at best and a nightmare at worst, Peachtree was an amazing exception. Mr. Jones was so pleasant, helpful and enthusiastic about the photo shoot, and he had a number of great strategies including altering the lighting, pose, background and style of the photo. With a 30 minute shoot, i came away knowing I have several great shots using multiple angles, attires and backgrounds. I found myself smiling naturally. His office is stylish and he is friendly and professional. I highly recommend him.

I used this company for my son & daughter in law’s wedding on Halloween. They responded quite quickly and answered all of my questions. Everyone had lots of fun. And there was a lot of props to choose from. I asked for a Halloween theme as well as other props and they came through. I would highly recommend giving them a call.
