Hands down, best dentist in upstate New York. I am now a new patient. They saw me the Friday before Christmas at 3:40 pm w no appointment for an emergency. Tamara , who took the phone call, provided the best customer service over the phone, Andrea was the most amazing dental Hygienist and Dr. Igor provides the best bed side manor and explains very thoughtfully of how the procedure is going to go and what to expect. Facility is incredibly clean. We live in Glenville and this Practice is worth the drive. Please call them for any of your dental needs. I haven't been to a dentist in years. I cracked a molar and knocked out the filling. I called git an appointment fairly quickly. The staff is amazing, the Dental Techs are fabulous and Dr. Pozdniakov is totally amazing. Had to have immediate tooth removal they made sure it was pain free and walked me through everything as they went. I highly recommend them.
