Background story
Ok this is going to be a stellar review....I had a very bad sewer backup into the basement of my house. I called a sewer and drain company and they worked on the issue for 2 days and could not resolve the issue. In addition the sewer company wanted to charge me 17k to dig up all the pipes and to put in new pipes bc they were assuming that the pipes were bad and disjoineted.... This was Tuesday/Wednesday of no results just a company handing me a quote. The quote stated repairs based on findings but they did not give findings...

As I was in tears bc I was not sure of what to do I reched out to our local plumber Joe fro J.Chiera & Sons. BTW if you need a local plumber/HVAC without a doubt this is your go to person. When I called Joe upset he recommended Easton Dylan Sewer and Drain. Joe told me to call Easton and explain what happened.
The next morning Thursday morning 7-23-26 I called first thing in the mornign and spoke to a very nice compassionate person named Cheryl. Cheryl immediately called a tech named Zach while i was on the phone and within an hour Zach showed up at my home.
Zach came with a partner and forgive me i forgot his name but he was excellent too. Zach not only fixed the issue by bringing what I call a big boy snake and not a home depot diy size snake like the other company brought. Zach had water flowing and had my house up and running within an hour..... After he got the clogg cleared in the sewer line Zach then ran a camera down the pipes to ensure that everything looked ok.
For anyone reading this if you live in the upstate area albany Troy area without Easton Dylan Sewer is the most legit, honest, hardworking sewer drain company I have the priviledge of working with.
They earned my trust so much that, I asked them to look at all the cast iron pipes in my basement and get me a quote to replace them with PVC. They took measurements and within an hour they gave me a great priced quote and my wife and I immediately signed off on it.
Bottom Line- Easton Dylan Sewer and Drain Company is the best!

Aisha was such an amazing person and made the whole experience WELL worth it. I LOVE my hair. I had way too much hair when I went in. It was dead from dying it and unmanageable. I only ever wore it up. My hair feels amazing , She worked with me the whole time, explaining things to me and showing me things before doing them. Nobody has ever done that before and now I know how to ask for what I want. But I will definitely be going back to see her anyway so she will know too! I love coming here to get my brows done. I always get henna brows and she slays them every time. She’s professional and down to earth. The atmosphere is so comfortable and clean. Here is today and two weeks ago(I added on lashes). I got the unlimited henna for the month.

I wanted to take a moment to throw some praise on the people that made our kitchen project come to life and made the experience of having your home partially demolished as tolerable, and worthwhile, as possible. First, Billie at Capitol Kitchens was amazing from the start. Patient with us through the numerous changes, nitpicking, second guessing and just general anxiety that comes with planning a kitchen. She was an excellent designer and we greatly appreciate the work she put in to making sure all the little things we wanted were incorporated into the vision. Also, she is just a fantastic person through and through, always smiling, accommodating and excited. Really grateful that she took the lead.
As for our contractor, we went through a months-long process sitting with different local contractors and trying to see if we could make our project happen within budget. When we met Allen of Your Remodel Pro, right out of the gate I just had a good feeling that he was the right fit. I always like being proven right. Professionalism every step of the way, our crew (Darien and Eric) was always on-time, trustworthy, accommodating and respectful of our family's space. They were a pleasure to have around. And the work speaks for itself. The attention to detail that they put in was spectacular and extended to every facet of the project. Allen was always available to discuss anything that came up and always happy to review our options thoroughly and advise us appropriately. Our kitchen is everything we wanted it to be and the meticulous work put in by Allen and crew just flashes from the minute you walk in. Again, just incredibly grateful that we were put in touch, and looking forward to booking our next project.
If anyone is looking for someone for an upcoming renovation, our family would definitely recommend both Billie and Allen. Excellent people and great at what they do!
Had a clog in the kitchen sink. Called Wednesday morning and they came to the house by lunch on the same day. Price was very affordable. In fact, much cheaper than what a roto-rooter would charge!

I started taking training 3 weeks ago. Even though I had no prior experience before, I was able to adapt to the environment quickly. All the instructors, especially Brian Beaury, are very successful in their jobs and very helpful. i love it here omgoshhh :D alex really cares about her customers and alwaysss makes me feel at home. she tries her best with the designs and i believe she’s great at what she does. there’s only one other individual who can do full sets, he is skilled as well; alex is just more precise i feel.

My furnace was not working last weekend. I called twice to request for emergency service. The operator was very pleasant. The office manager explained to me the price for house call is $219.00 plus additional expenses if the technician discovered the diagnostic. I have been a customer at Holbrook since 2012. This is the first year that the staff at Holbrook was very rude in explaining the emergency call. The temperature dropped to -0.00 which is code Blue according to NYS Dept of of Emergency.
I have no heat and no where to go. The dispatcher had refused to send a technician to my house until I agreed to give her the credit card number. The tech showed up at my house 8 am on Saturday morning. I have discovered around 5 pm then I have no heat again. I placed an emergency call, the staff repeated the price of $219.00 for emergency call. I explained to her that I am under the warranty for 30 days. The second tech showed up at my house at 7:30 pm. The tech said that I need some new air vent inflow. I scheduled an appt for furnace maintenance on Monday 2/9/2026, the maintenance tech was great. He had discovered the problem of my furnace.
I would like your company to know that I had appreciated your service, but please kindness and courtesy would be greatly appreciated instead of threating me for not calling your tech to fix my furnace. If it is any other times, I would not complain. You do know that this is Code Blue and you need to keep the customers safe with the heat on and instead the lady told me to find a place to stay. I would like to file a complain against the office manager for making this comment. The whole incident happened on 1/31/2026. My expenses are around $800.00.
Can you tell the manager to be more compassion and this is her job to help the customer stay safe at their house during the Code Blue tragedy.
