I just want to make a shout out to Choice Heating and Cooling in Cohoes, NY, specifically Norm Fields!Had a lil oops yesterday and the HVAC guy mistakenly hit my mailbox, he was so nice and nervous, I actually high fived him. I mean its a mailbox.Anyhoo, I promptly received a call yesterday from Norm and we spoke today to handle the fix, he said wouldn't be today but would be done.Well, my old mailbox had a slight new swing and was positioned ever so slightly toward the ground. I heard the mailman so I ran out to collect the mail if we had any. AND - Much to my surprise the new one is all up..... didn't even know they came.Being in the service industry, I cannot tell...read full review

Work was done well, and workers were friendly and efficient. It would have been good if the team had laid down protective paper on the floors. A lot of dirt was tracked into the kitchen.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
