Mike and his crew did a great job taking down 4 trees and trimming additional ones overhanging my pool. These trees were in a difficult spot due to a 6’ high stockade fence and inground pool limiting yard access, but Mike had the proper equipment onsite to get everything done without removing the fence. The price was excellent for the amount of work needed.

Great customer service and workmanship at a reasonable price. Cypress originally installed my pool 18 years ago. This is the first liner replacement I’ve had to do and I upgraded my pump, replaced the front manifold and replaced a portion of the concrete apron. They showed up when promised, did great work and finished on schedule. So glad I went back to Cypress.

This was my first head spa, and I didn’t know what to expect… but WOW. When you arrive it’s so simple, you’re invited to just sit back, put your phone on do not disturb, and relax. From the warm eye mask to the mix of soothing water, tools, and amazing scents, every moment felt better than the last. I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep , which can be hard for me to do!!
Beyond the relaxation, Jessica is doing incredible work helping people with scalp health and hair concerns, and you can truly feel how much she cares.

Went to Bart many years ago, he always did a professional, perfect hairstyle for me. Unfortunately, I moved away, but came back again after Many years. Another stylist, Drew, did my hair twice now and, of course, I was Not disappointed. She's fantastic. Bart was center stage, as he should be, still doing Awesome work! I will Not be leaving/moving again....when you find perfection, you stick with it. Of course, Bart's mom is a sweetheart!

I brought my two sons to The Branded Barber for the first time and had a great experience. Josh cut both of their hair and did an excellent job. He was patient with them, took his time, and made sure everything came out clean and sharp.
The cuts were exactly what we wanted—fresh, even, and professional. The atmosphere in the shop was welcoming and comfortable, and we felt taken care of right away.

I had an amazing experience here! I got a manicure and a pedicure from the older woman in the back - I wish I got her name. She did both services and I honestly can’t believe I haven’t found this place before. I will definitely be going here for my last half of college down the road. It was for only $95 for both which is a deal around here.

Decided to just walk down the street with my daughter as she was begging for a mommy day ! I decided to get anc with tips and my daughter got hers painted with polka dots and to say they were so kind and attentive is an understatement! I haven’t had nails in two years and I am very happy ! No cuts , nothing hurt I was allowed to express what I liked and didn’t ( I have small nail beds so I ask for wider tips ) no issues at all ! Can’t wait to back for our pedicures this coming Monday to match our nails ! Thank you!

My first time at Sincere was about 2 months ago and it was like nothing I have ever experienced in terms of a salon. It was CLEAN and every staff member made me feel welcome and comfortable. Megan did an amazing job with my hair. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but she talked me through options and came up with a plan that I really felt comfortable with. I come here all the time to get my eyebrows done and am always so pleased. I have pretty thick eyebrows and a lot of salons thin them out but here they always do such a good job shaping but keeping my thickness.

My car broke down today in their parking lot, and they were SO NICE and kind to me. They let me keep my car there over night so that I could make my treatment at albany med that day and take care of it tomorrow. Next time my girlfriend wants her hair done im paying for it to be done there because of their kindness to a complete stranger.

This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! Thank you

They left the area clean, stacked the lumber neatly, and left everything cut into manageable pieces saving me at least a half-day in the cold. Highly reccomended.

I have been taking my cats to Capitaland Animal Hospital for almost 10 years now. I am always so pleased with the patience and compassion they have with my kitties. One of my cats is very nervous and Dr. K is always so patient and really takes her time to make sure Poochie is as comfortable as she can be at a vet office. :) The techs and assistants are also very compassionate and kind. I'm so grateful that I found them many years ago.

I recently had a 60-minute deep tissue massage with Amanda, and it was a great experience. I came in with significant tension in my shoulders and upper back, as well as tight calves. Amanda took the time to listen carefully to the areas I wanted to focus on and was very attentive throughout the session, giving each area the attention it needed.
The pressure was exactly what I was looking for. In the past, I've had massages where the pressure wasn't quite enough to provide lasting relief, but Amanda was able to work through the tension effectively while keeping me comfortable. Marianne is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and has such great manner about her. I started with Marianne for the particular issue of tinnitus that started out of nowhere 2 years prior. I had worked my way through every specialist I could think of trying to find a solution to this life-disrupting condition, including ENT, a neurologist, chiropractor, orthopedist, vascular specialist, orofacial pain specialist (TMJ), and other massage therapists. I didn't think I would ever have my 'life' back. Since starting with Marianne 6 months ago, my tinnitus is reduced to a level that no longer disrupts my daily life. Sometimes I'll stop and listen to see if it is still there. To an extent it is, quietly, in the background. But in the past it was all I could hear and think about, day in and day out. So to have to ask myself if it is still there is indeed like having my life back, and I credit Marianne for working with me so kindly and diligently to bring me to this place. I highly recommend her!

Today was my first session with Eric, and I am so grateful to have found his clinic. He gets to know each client well and asks all the right questions before starting your acupuncture session. He knows how to make you feel comfortable and confident in his skill. I’ll be returning weekly for fertility support and hormone balance since I have PCOS.
