We have moved from New York City to Schenectady NY, into Electric City Apartments. Me and my wife were dealing with Joe Pigliavento as our leasing agent who performed his duties to the highest standards and was essential in making sure that our whole relocation process went as smoothly as possible. He is highly professional and we would definitely recommend him to anyone who wishes to move to a great apartment at 240 State St, Schenectady NY. Last, he is a great person and easy to deal with on the personal level. He made our move and we are greatly thankful for his assistance

My husband and I have been residents at the Electric City building for 4 years. The staff are all amazing, Joe is extremely easy to work with and has made our experience that much better. Wayne and Harry are amazing as well! Everyone is very kind and responsive. The apartments themselves are fantastic, we absolutely love it here!

Current resident at Ellsworth Commons and have no complaints. The management team is great with maintenance requests. Ellsworth has had significant improvements since Prime took over!
