Every person I spoke with, including the owners Amanda and Dominick, and installers Dan and Shamar went above and beyond! I had no working furnace for 5 days and it was starting to get really cold, so a friend referred me to Heatwiser. I had already called a few other places but I called them too, because they're locally owned and operated. I am so glad that I did! These people didn't know me and didn't know who I'd choose for my new furnace, but they offered me space heaters (multiple times) to use until I could get a new one installed. Here's another huge difference between Heatwiser and other companies....they offered to install my new furnace immediately because I had no heat. I signed that Monday night and was scheduled for that Wednesday! My technicians Dan and Shamar were on time, respectful of my home, efficient and worked really well as a team! They had to deal with my questions as well as my 2 small dogs all day, and they were great with all of it! Heatwiser communicated every step of the way, they did everything they said they would and they deserve way more than a 5 star review! I will refer everyone I know to Heatwiser!“

“Scheduled an appt on Sunday night for Monday morning describing the issue with an exhaust fan on our furnace. We received a call within minutes saying that they would be right over, this was not something that should wait til the next day. The furnace needed to be replaced. AJ came 1st thing the next day to discuss replacing the furnace. By Tuesday afternoon we had a new furnace. An unknown issue came up during installation. The techs were prepared and handled it with no problem! Thank you AJ, Jacob and Jamie and the plumber they had to call in! “We purchased a Lennox furnace & A/C unit from Cooney and it was installed on 08/27-08/28. From Ron in Sales, to Quinton, Matthew, Shaun & Brian in service, the installers were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.
