90 Furman St, Brooklyn“It's impossible to quantify the gratitude I have for OYH. The space that Anna has created, both literally -- a beautiful, calming, clean environment -- and energetically -- a container of love and community -- is unparalleled. I have taken hundreds of classes here and every teacher is incredibly knowledgable, creative, empathetic, and pays a great deal of respect to the lineage of yoga. The flows are inventive, the adjustments are supportive, the dharma talks are inspiring. My practice has greatly transformed and advanced since becoming a student of OYH. I am a staunch evangelist of this studio and cannot recommend it enough. It is a place to find sanctuary in a very chaotic city and has deepened my connection with my body, spirit, and mind. Thank you, thank you! I love you!“

808 Union St, Brooklyn“I’m writing this from Australia, just over 9 years since I left Brooklyn. I was casually looking through Google Maps and was so happy to see this place is still up and rocking… this remains the best gym I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve got many great memories of my time here! I’ve been to a ton of different gyms since moving back “home” to Australia but have never found a gem like Slope Fitness.I miss this gym so much! Great size, staff and atmosphere. Ahh the hours I spent here were well worth it. Join and you’ll see what I mean!So happy to hear it’s still going strong after all this time:)“
“First time ever going to Yoga! Jyll is the real deal - she is perfectly made for me! I felt comfortable, relaxed and really enjoyed the experienced. Plan to include weekly sessions in my life routine! Definitely a plus for the community! Can't wait for my next class!“
7AM - 8PM
181 Pacific St, Brooklyn“Brenda was terrific. My first time taking her class. Will do it again as I start to add classes on Weekends. I usually take Eden’s Wednesday evening class and really like it too.
Megan was great! The right amount of intensity and core work as I am returning from a hip injury. She was very attentive and gave adaptations when needed.
Megan has got a great energy and demeanor and she’s an excellent knowledgeable teacher. She helps you use the out breathing to directly strengthen your core. She understands the importance of focusing on the engaged parts of your body, as you do the exercises and of visualizing it while feeling it, whether it’s the direction of your tailbone or the expanding of the ribs, she helps you understand more deeply. She really knows her stuff.

68 Greenpoint Ave 4th Floor, Brooklyn“New Love City has been my second home and yoga love of my life since the day the studio opened eight years ago. The teachers here are simply made of magic, each with their own style of practice. Whether you're after a sweaty, spicy, music-on-loud vinyasa or a sweet, almost-studious, cozy nestle into yin, there's space for you here.Beyond the practice, the community feels like a zillion new pals the moment you step through the door. Because of the studio, I have made best friends, traveled the world, and found space to center in this wild city. ILY, NLC.“

101 N 3rd St #113, Brooklyn“A beautiful space for community and movement. Prenatal and postnatal class with Martine has been a life saver and wonderful form of connection with other new parents. She’s so intentional about curating class and a space where all feel welcome and seen. I recommend to anyone, but especially those who are pregnant or have given birth.“
9:30AM - 4PM
732A Carroll St, Brooklyn“With in minutes of the first class of Yoga For Strong Bones, Jennifer showed me how to sit comfortably crosslegged with multiple props. I told her that I felt my investment was worth it with just that. She made me more aware of holding tension and releasing tension and breathing more effectively. She led us through 12 poses that are alleged, according to the NY Times, to prevent and even reverse osteoporosis. Jennifer brings her own special sauce by reading from a book of Rupi Kaur poems and creating a peaceful space that is calming to the nervous system.I am so appreciative for this amazing group of women that I share this experience with each week!“
“Great yoga community! All teachers are a amazing. I have been enjoying every class :)“

Can't say enough about how well kept it is. As someone who doesn't do yoga very often, I felt good about being there. If I had it in my budget, I would keep going.“

“Phyllis is amazing. I first met her when she was teaching yoga, but have come to really value Phyllis' healing presence in my life. She's an exceptionally skilled, compassionate, and dedicated healer. Phyllis brings creativity and multimodal approaches to helping you heal; bodywork, breath work, energetic work and more. You won't go wrong visiting Sanctuary by the Park or contacting Phyllis for a consultation or treatment. I don't know how I would have navigated my separation and divorce (then prepare for and embrace starting a new family) without her support. She's a hidden gem in Park Slope. Thank you, Phyllis!“
