Prema has become a second home to me. Incredible teachers/classes and a gorgeous store are just the beginning. Prema is a haven. There is such a strong sense of community, and opportunities to uplift everyone. The teachers are excellent and the space is inspiring. A complete gem in Brooklyn.
Prema is the most incredible and unique yoga studio, Amanda is magical, her classes always have a new and innovative sequence that leave you feeling like you worked out but also restored and like every part of your body had a mini massage. There are many other wonderful teachers (I also love Marcus) and they offer awesome retreats. The space is gorgeous, huge, clean, airy, and has a boutique selling lovely items for home and that make great gifts. Prema also runs a non-profit community aid fund, 'Prema Hummingbirds', which serves the surrounding community and is a wonderful opportunity to get involved in volunteer work.
