From the pictures I sent him, he was able to tell us exactly what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. He came out and fixed it very quickly and did a very clean and professional job. Couldn’t promise a time because of heat in the attic but then 1/2 hour later called and said they move schedules around and could be in 3 days (before the heat returned). As promised, 3 days later 5 vehicles and 6 service techs arrived and did a complete removal and install that day. The technician showed up about 1 hour later and was able to quickly identify the issue and was able to restore the boiler. He also identified an issue that had occurred due to normal usage and had a replacement part for my boiler with him. The service was excellent, the quality of the work and the technician was excellent and the value was bar far excellent for a week end service call. We had multiple issues with the company that installed the boiler and didn't want to have them come back. I would strongly recommend Hills heating if you have a problem with your heating system.
