I cannot thank Murray’s Heating & Air Condition enough for the great service they provided when my furnace shut down (11/17/2022)! Mike responded very quickly and was amazingly helpful. I had to wait a few hours before he was available but considering the weather conditions that was very understandable. When Mike showed up, he went right to work and did a thorough diagnosis of my boiler heater and found the issue. He took the time and explained my heating system and explained what and why he inspected and checked. My furnace needed a part which he had another driver drop it off to him. He clean my furnace and fixed the problem in like two hours and my heat was restored....read full review

When I called Murray's to schedule our annual heating system check up, I expected the efficient professionalism we've come to know and appreciate. What I didn't expect were the unanticipated surprises: a hole in our chimney flue which was allowing dangerous substances, like carbon monoxide, to circulate in our home, and a leaky water heater which wasn't even on the list of things that needed to be checked. Because of the small area in which all of these items reside, fixing the chimney flue was not as easy as simply removing the defective parts and installing new ones.
