“Carolina's hot yoga class is THE best! Would love to have her in the mix more esp for evening and weekend classes. Her cues are easy to follow and you'll be challenged for the entire hour. Kate at front desk is super sweet and always welcomes everyone with a smile. Staff is generally v nice.
4-star bc some classes tend to start late because we have to wait for late-comers which doesn't really make sense to me...“

The sessions are excellent, driven by considerate instructors showing kind patience and providing much guidance. No one is left to flounder around on the reformer, which takes getting used to. This is an ideal way to move all your muscles and joints in a manner that feels gentle but super effective, and we plan to soon move from just a weekly session to far more. The front desk is extremely helpful and resourceful and always greets with a smile. We highly recommend Club Pilates in Edgewater.“

Before starting you fill out a form and I made the instructors aware of my ongoing health issues and recent surgery. They were so accommodating and made adjustments for me during the class so I could handle the moves. It didn't hold up the other students as well which was great. I appreciated being looked after. They have students sanitize their stations after class which is awesome for the next group coming in. The owner remembered me and checked in on how I had felt after my first class when I came in the second time.“
