Kento is not like other physical therapists. In fact, I’d call him a therapeutic physical psychologist. He gets his patients/athletes to understand their injuries, how it’s impacted them psychologically, and develops exercises to help them recover and strengthen themselves. Kento does not just tell you what exercises to do, he tells you what they are supposed to feel like. I came to Kento thinking I would get a few basic exercises to do a week and be done with it…..like a traditional PT, so I was skeptical it would work. I’ve come to realize that other PTs I’ve seen were just putting a band aid on my problems. No wonder I have been wearing a knee brace and wrist guard for over 4 years. Kento showed me how to move properly….how to walk properly…..twist properly…..change my game to fit where I am at. And after 3 months, no knee brace in sight! It was mind blowing. He delves into what our fears are with regard to our bodies, and how to overcome them so we can move the way we are supposed to. I’ve come to realize that what I’ve been told my whole life with regards to how to walk and posture, was actually injury inducing. Now, I know better. Thank you, Kento, for fixing me.

Today i had excellent experience with Tenafly Dental Spa. The girl on the front desk so nice. I get my cleaning with hygienist Elaine, she did a great job. A2Z is the epitome of excellence. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the work they provided during this project. David and his whole team were very helpful and professional from the beginning to the end. They created a lovely environment for my wife, 4 month old daughter, four legged pal and myself to live in. I have to admit that I’m a very difficult person to please but A2Z executed all of my specifications, carefully and meticulously including add ons without any problems. I will for sure use them in the future to build my forever home from scratch. Thank you David and team, until the next project.
Purchased Groupon for 3 lifting facials. I was a bit worried when I noticed that the time slots weren't really geared towards the Mon-Fri working majority. Fortunately I've been able to utilize three lifting facials I purchased via Groupon. Victoria did all of my lifting facials and I have to say that they were all great! Very different from any facial I've had previously. No extractions nor steam are used. I am used to the microdermabrasion and regular facials. The lifting facial is totally relaxing and I can see a difference in my skin immediately after the facial. There is less puffiness and there appear to be less lines as well. It's all about the massaging techniques and strokes used during the entire session. Victoria seems to be well versed and educated when it comes to the skin, inner body and much more. The facility seems to offer a plethora of treatments including scalp massages for hair growth, body wraps, specific facials and body treatments that all target specific areas or problematic issues. I have already purchased another Groupon for the Microdermabrasion set and hope to have the same experience. I attempted to purchase a single body wrap but was only offered a package. I will try that once the funds in my bank account are more steady. Anyhow, I will update my review once I have had my micros which I am very excited about! I am also looking into the products they sell. I may purchase a few in the very near future. The facility is clean, relaxing, private and simple but cute and perfect for the services that are offered. A definite must try! Take it from me, I have lived in the area for years and never knew about this place. Groupon works in terms of getting customers in the door and Etuale does the job of keeping the customers with their services
I’m a new patient and was able to get in for a same day early morning appointment for a toothache emergency. They were very thorough and did x rays and made sure I was good to go. (Turned out to be sinus pressure.) very grateful and will make this my new dentist in town!
Dr. Markowitz is an exceptional chiropractor. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs help. In the past 20+ years I have seen maybe 6-7 different chiropractors, and I have never had better results than with Dr. Markowitz. He helped me through some more serious back issues a number of years ago. I hadn't been in a little while, was having some real discomfort, and finally made it to an adjustment today. I walked out feeling incredible - that was long overdue. I won't wait so long to return next time.

Top NYC dancers in Town! It's amazing to be able to take adults dance classes with these fenomenal professional dancers. They are fun, energetic and patient with newbies. Very creative choreographies every week. Love being able to dance every night with a different teacher and a different style.

I used to regularly injure my back and neck. Since coming weekly for the past year, my core strength has improved damatically. I feel stronger and I no longer get injured. I am not naturally athletic or flexible. The instructors are phenomenal and they taught me everything I needed to know. When I was first starting, I took a few private lessons and I was shown how to modify the moves that were originally too much for my back. Now I no longer need to modify anything. I really enjoy all of the classes I have taken and intend to continue at the studio indefinitely.
We had a great experience with Casa Kitchens. Denise is excellent! From the New Jersey showroom, she was able to completely visualize and transport herself into our Manhattan apartment to help us with our kitchen layout. And she had smart solutions for a small space. She’s got a great eye for design and when we came to her with a bold idea she encouraged us to go for it and we’re so glad we did! She helped us make decisions through the very end. The cabinets are beautiful and our pantry with roll-out drawers is a game-changer.
I am very satisfied with the services provided by NJ Locksmith. I had an emergency situation concerning a lock on my apartment door, and one of their technicians came over within half an hour to help me out. They have also been able to help me with other lock issues over the years. The technician was extremely professional and efficient. I trust her completely with any future work that I may need done, and anticipate that I will be able to rely on her in the future if any emergencies happen again. Their prices are reasonable too!

I came to Norma with a very sore, tight shoulder. My range of motion was awful. After one session with her, I had complete range of motion back. The tightness had almost completely resolved & the pain was gone! She knows exactly what areas to work on to achieve the maximum relief & healing. Amazing!

Colleen was absolutely phenomenal! It was definitely one of the best massages I have ever had in my entire life if not the best! One of the greatest parts about the massage is that Colleen really cares about you and your healing while being a very experience practitioner. She did not rush the massage which really is a huge relief because a lot of places make you feel as though you just have to get in and get out. I would definitely recommend this to any and all who want a massage.

I did deep cleaning with Nana Maid Cleaning. They were very accommodating, service-minded, excellent at cleaning. Also, their price was very reasonable. I plan to use their regular cleaning service once a week too. Their staff were very great at what they do, and the manager double check their works to make sure everything is very clean and spotless. I wish I could take a class with Rena every day. So energizing and so upbeat. I admit I'm not a huge fan of yoga, but this cardio pilates fusion class is so perfectly orchestrated down to the great music and vibe. And no one is more gracious than the owner Thara, who should have her own fitness show. I took classes with her via Covid on zoom and I was mesmerized by her presence and how I felt after the class. A real gem of a studio!
