A few years ago, I was referred to this amazing company. They handled my air conditioning then, and today — on a SUNDAY — they replaced my heater and water heater! I can’t say enough good things about them. They are a top-rate company that truly knows its products and carries high-quality equipment.

Six Hvac did the entire heating and air conditioning system in my house, gave me an excellent price and excellent service, I love how they work. I joined the club membership that they have and for only $44 a month they change my air filters and humidifier pads, do safety inspections, check for gas and refrigerant leaks, clean the entire system avoiding deterioration, in that club they also include parts and repairs, they have 24/7 service, if you have an emergency they do everything possible to help you. The owner is a very honest person and always willing to help the client. I highly recommend Six Hvac, we have been their clients for many years and our ventilation system is excellent thanks to them. 5⭐️“

He was open and straight forward about the issue. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. “We had an emergency with our sink and garbage disposal, and, to make matters worse, it was during Memorial Day weekend.

Redding's was able to coordinate holiday / overnight emergency service.

Our plumber Stephen was excellent in all facets of the job. He called me back 15 minutes after the answering service took my call. He explained both the after-hours cost structure, and a likely time estimate related to that. He was candid, transparent, and wholly committed to making sure that I was informed before he put in the work order.

Stephen's communication style before and during the job was exemplary: he kept me appraised of his arrival time (we're in Princeton and he was coming from New Brunswick), and got all the details he needed from me to make sure he got the right tools at the shop.

The clog turned out to be a more involved job that originally thought, and it was only because Stephen brought the kind of tools (bigger, more powerful snake, etc.) that he thought he might need that he could fix the drain and disposal that night. His thoughtfulness and preparedness in getting the right gear was essential.

Stephen was a pro, and a super nice guy too. He explained the underlying issues behind the clog, and set up the system to work fine for the foreseeable future. My two young sons were *fascinated* by the evening's events and Stephen was really kind to answer their questions about his tools and how they worked.

Redding's was great -- they always are, we've used them many times -- and it's clear that Stephen is toward the top tier of their team.“

I'm very grateful that Mike Pelle traced the source, cut the ceiling, pulled out the wet insulation and repaired it. “Bart and his partner had accommodated the small task of replacing my leaking faucet in less than 24 hrs of request. It was a small task but they gave the time, expertise and even did an extra one in my bathroom when I inquired about an issue (I laughed on how I lived with it when all that needed to be done was to tighten something). This alone shows that they value every customer, no matter how small the job might be.
I very much appreciated the fast response, straight forward, fair pricing -- no nickel and diming customers. Will use them again for my plumbing needs.“

“so we had Pezz come out ( David specifically )to look at our HVAC unit in the basement because it was leaking water on the floor. right away, they were able to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. We ended up replacing our unit with a brand new high-efficiency Daikin system. The system works phenomenal and keeps the house so much more regulated. We were also able to get the UV light, humidifier and the big filter compartments to make life so much easier when changing filters. Probably the biggest help of all was they were able to get us instant rebates through PSEG, which gave us such a massive savings combined with an interest free payment plan. We were not expecting that at all and it was such a huge help and relief we can’t thank pezz enough.“

“I had two issues which Dolan Inc. fixed for me. First was a plumbing issue whereby the drain pipe from our Jacuzzi tub separated causing a tub full of water to come down onto the ceiling of my den and burst through. Their plumbers came and found the issue but to find the leak opened two holes in the den ceiling. They corrected the leak replacing the drainpipe and strapping it which apparently the builders, 27 years ago, did not do and the weight of the water coming down caused the pipe to separate. They were courteous, professional and were able to find and correct the problem expeditiously. The second issue was to repair the two holes in the ceiling for which Dolan Inc. also handles. Their people were courteous, professional and put up new drywall. They fixed the two holes, plastered them in place and sanded the ceiling making it ready for painting. The price was reasonable and cost effective and I would recommend Dolan Inc. for anyone who is having Plumbing, Heating, HVAC or Remodeling issues.“
