We just can't say enough good things about Paul M Noll & Son, and the service they provided. We arrived home from an arduous trip in horrible weather when what to our wondering eyes should appear: a flooded basement!After an intense effort at clearing the basement, we realized that our water heater had shut down. A frantic call to the original installer met with a promise to be out “in a couple of days or so”. Clearly, that wouldn't work, this being just a few days before Christmas. I called my son, who recommended Paul Noll. I got on the phone, and got a real person: Kevin. How refreshing! Kevin said they were busy, he'd see what they could do. Minutes later...read full review
