QueenB (Brenda, Daniel, and team) did a great job replacing our old furnace and AC system. I appreciated Daniel’s attention to detail with his recommendations for the work required. They were able to source parts right away, get the work done promptly, and recommend them for the quality of workmanship.
Everything went well. The owner, Brenda, was quite responsive to my many questions. The team of 3 men headed by Bart was punctual and got the job done without incident. Cleanup was good. Highly recommend QueenB for HVAC replacement. My furnace stopped working suddenly, and I called QueenB after I saw the 5 star review. Bart came to take a look my furnace with problem carefully and also helped me check the other unit. He provided us suggestion to replace the furnace with very reasonable price. Jamie and his team installed the new furnace after a few days. All theses people are really knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. I am really happy with my choice!
