This is the second time this year I’ve come in with a stiff neck — whether from yoga, sleeping wrong, or possibly even a limp hotel pillow — and once again she worked her magic. I walked in barely able to turn my neck to one side, and left with real relief and much better mobility. I’m so grateful for the care, skill, and attention she puts into every session. I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to Lisa’s exemplary massage services. I was in excruciating back pain, limited range and mobility and by limited I mean I was so stiff I thought I developed a spinal tumor and was ready to go to the emergency room. Lisa explained everything she was doing to help my back… in detail, she told me what to expect on that day and the days to come. She was gentle and warm and very empathic. Strong listening skills! She gave me stretches, techniques, exercises and real word applicable advice that has been rescuing me in every way since our visit.
