Five stars for Kim! Her CP Suspend class is challenging, engaging, and so much fun. Kim does an amazing job watching everyone's form and providing great options and modifications tailored to individual capabilities. Easily one of my favorite instructors!
Kim is such a passionate detail oriented instructor. She always changes up the sessions to be challenging and interesting. Kim also makes sure my gears, springs, and everything is perfect.
