I met this wonderful young lady about 8 years ago in Miami.
I had been suffering from lower back/leg for a few years. I mean suffering to the point I was basically walking on 1 leg, couldn’t sleep, etc....
After visiting 2 chiropractors, a nuerosurgeon who suggested surgery, receiving an epidural, ortho surgeon, who suggested surgery, I was at my wits end.
A friend introduced me who was seeing her for his own issue.
I chatted with her on the phone, made an appt. After a few minutes of observing my gait, she says you’re favoring one side, hips are out of balance, one side much stronger than the other, etc....
She says give me 3 sessions, I think I can help.
After 2, I noticed a difference, after 7 I was pain free.
She’s amazing and has a great attitude, Jersey attitude notwithstanding.
Highly recommend.
Had a great class with apprentice Isabella. She was great at explaining moves and proper form to our group. The class went so quickly as we all had such a good time. Definitely recommend!
