Jeff's class is EVERYTHING! Should be a prerequisite or companion for all YM classes. I was unknowingly micro-injuring myself in other classes until I stumbled upon Jeff's class in Feb 2019. His approach is a revelation and has rehabbed my joints from neck to toe!! I'm 53 and feeling better and freer in my movement than I did in my 20s. Jeff literally changed my life and my aging journey.

I cannot say ENOUGH good things about Yoga Mechanics! If you can "judge" a studio by its space - this alone would be enough. It's gorgeous. It's airy, it feels light and feels warm...it is both vibrant and expansive, yet feels cozy.I've enjoyed every class - both in person and online. I'm grateful for the continuation of the online component because it allows me to attend when I don't have the extra 15 minutes on either end of a class to show up in person. Or for any of us who are immunocompromised or around those who are - whatever the reason, I'm grateful YM classes online persist (+ I detest online living).And to that end - this is the ONLY studio where classes start...read full review

I have taken classes online and in person and really enjoyed them. The teachers are excellent and be knowledgeable. Last week I took advantage of their new infrared sauna an loved it.
