Although I had a worry free contract with PSEG they could not figure out the problem (cancelling worry free) and as soon as Mike showed up, he knew exactly what was wrong. Don’t think twice about calling him. This is the second time I had an issue with my system other than the unit itself. The first time a few years back Ernesto came and today it was the owner, Mike. They are extremely knowledgeable, very considerate, very clean, and my heat is finally working the way it should be. This is the only company I will use moving Mike thank you for all you did today.“

“I know Mike for 20 years plus watched him grow up and start his business I recently had a full HVAC system installed in my home his crew was awesome (6-10-2022) very professional and helpful and also very neat !! My equipment wasn't ready to install on the original date due to vendor not having all my equipment . Michael came to my home on original date of installation to service my old unit at no charge to make sure we were ok if it got hot out during the 7 days we had to wait for vendor to get order in. This company is TOP NOTCH and I highly recommend them they saved my life . I cant live without AC . As of today my new unit is perfect ! “Coastal Air and people who work for them are more than excellent. Last night we had an emergency with the Air condition. After I called, was around 9pm, they sent a technician within perhaps 20 to 30 minutes. His name is Tom, I think. Very knowlegable person. Took him a second to identify the issue and another some 10 minutes to repair. This is service.“

“Spoke with Tim initially and find him very professional and courteous. Aron showed up to examine our furnace. It took hardly a minute for him to find the issue. He was open and straight forward about the issue. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. “Rich is amazing. He installed a new central air conditioner and furnace for me after my AC died this past summer. I almost had one of the big local companies do it which I had a service contract with but they were a little shady with their sales practices and when I needed to make some changes to what I wanted and they became unresponsive. Thank God I found Rich through a friend of my mom's. Rich was responsive, honest and fair. He answered all my questions and was flexible with my crazy work schedule. He did a fantastic job with the install. His work was neat, professional and he even went above and beyond to help with some issues I had with my condensate drain pipe. After the install I called to cancel my service contract with the big local company I've been using and will use Rich from now on to service my unit. I know I am in good hands with him.
