He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and gave me lots of great advice on small things I could do myself to save on heating and cooling costs. He also took care of everything. I have worked with other contractors that were very good, but some of the very minor "help" I provided to other contractors, such as picking up a permit, Michael insisted on doing himself. And there was no cleanup I needed to do after he was done.”
