“Rich is amazing. He installed a new central air conditioner and furnace for me after my AC died this past summer. I almost had one of the big local companies do it which I had a service contract with but they were a little shady with their sales practices and when I needed to make some changes to what I wanted and they became unresponsive. “Michael came in cheaper than all the other quotes I received, but more importantly he is very honest about everything. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and gave me lots of great advice on small things I could do myself to save on heating and cooling costs. He also took care of everything. I have worked with other contractors that were very good, but some of the very minor "help" I provided to other contractors, such as picking up a permit, Michael insisted on doing himself.
