I’ve finally found a heating/AC repair service I can trust and have confidence in. I’m a pretty good DIY home owner but sometimes you have to call in a professional. Rich is that guy, family owned, in the Monmouth county area for 32 years. Knowable, professional, courteous, reasonably priced. I’ve unfortunately dealt with other services that want $150.00 just to pull in your driveway and you get a tech that has three months of training (if your lucky) and spends most his time making phone calls to some tech support trying to troubleshoot your problem and trying to upsell you some service or whatever while he’s waiting for an answer, the whole time your being...read full review

I recently had Rich repair my furnace, and I couldn't be more pleased. His professionalism stood out as he quickly diagnosed the issue and executed a thorough fix. Very responsive - here within 2 hours of initial call. Returned with part when he said he'd be here the next morning. Did testing to make sure everything running right. Rich was great to work with. Highly recommend.
