Rich is amazing. He installed a new central air conditioner and furnace for me after my AC died this past summer. I almost had one of the big local companies do it which I had a service contract with but they were a little shady with their sales practices and when I needed to make some changes to what I wanted and they became unresponsive. Thank God I found Rich through a friend of my mom's. Rich was responsive, honest and fair. He answered all my questions and was flexible with my crazy work schedule.
