Very responsive and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. We’ve used Coastal for both our heating and cooling systems different times throughout the year. Each time we were greeted with fast friendly service from Chris and Connor who are very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong with the system. Weekend or after hour calls were immediately answered by Heather and she made sure a tech was out asap. Our experience with Coastal felt very personal, like they cared. Which is very hard to find these days. Definitely a customer for life!!

Yesterday, a technician from Coastal came to my home to diagnose an issue and was able to put a temporary fix in place while we plan for a more permanent solution. The entire experience was quick, efficient, and professional.

As a business owner, what stood out most happened after the visit. Although I had already paid my invoice in full, they reached out to let me know there had been an overcharge on one line item. They immediately apologized and offered options to correct it.

That level of honesty and accountability is rare. I never would have known otherwise, which makes their integrity even more impressive.

Our favorite tech Chris works for this company, so only naturally we reached out to them when we had to replace our AC unit on the second floor after many years. The unit was original to the house, and it appears that the builder made a narrower attic opening than was required to swap the units. Without any fuss, the amazing team of Mike, Connor, and their assistants disassembled and assembled all that required. They worked quietly, efficiently, and extremely cleanly. They wore protective booties, and put dropcloth everywhere they walked. I was amazed at how easy and clean they made the entire process... I was honestly expecting chaos!
