George was referred to me by a friend. I called George at 7:45 a.m. and he picked up the phone, spent a few minutes with me on the phone. He stopped to look at the work the same morning on the way to another job.
I had to sort out a few things, and each time I sent George a message, he quickly responded, answering all my questions, concerns, and needs. We had a few options, and it took us a few days to decide which route to take.
George worked with me on the price, and he sent Deny over, and what a great job. The only thing I should have done is taken some pictures of the before and after work to show how meticulous they are in their work.
