It was a small task but they gave the time, expertise and even did an extra one in my bathroom when I inquired about an issue (I laughed on how I lived with it when all that needed to be done was to tighten something). “I had two issues which Dolan Inc. fixed for me. First was a plumbing issue whereby the drain pipe from our Jacuzzi tub separated causing a tub full of water to come down onto the ceiling of my den and burst through. Their plumbers came and found the issue but to find the leak opened two holes in the den ceiling. They corrected the leak replacing the drainpipe and strapping it which apparently the builders, 27 years ago, did not do and the weight of the water coming down caused the pipe to separate. They were courteous, professional and were able to find and correct the problem expeditiously. The second issue was to repair the two holes in the ceiling for which Dolan Inc. also handles. Their people were courteous, professional and put up new drywall. They fixed the two holes, plastered them in place and sanded the ceiling making it ready for painting. The price was reasonable and cost effective and I would recommend Dolan Inc. for anyone who is having Plumbing, Heating, HVAC or Remodeling issues.“

“I want to give a huge shout out to John and Payless Plumbing! If anyone is looking for a plumber, please give them a call. John is a great person who saved my family from having an unexpected expense right before Christmas. Earlier this morning my downstairs bathroom toilet wouldn't stop running, so I shut the valve. My husband is very handy and can usually can fix almost anything, so tonight after dinner he went to look at it and noticed that the valve was leaking. He shut the water to the house and went to Home Depot to get the parts he needed to fix it, but as soon as we turned the water back on the valve blew and water was everywhere! I immediately went on to Hazlet Moms and searched for an emergency plumber. The first person I called was a local person who was very well recommended. He gave me a very good estimate over the phone, but said he couldn't come until tomorrow. Since that would leave us without water, I told him that I would call him back, and he literally hung up! My next call was to Payless Plumbing. John spoke to my husband, who explained what he had done to try to fix the problem. John asked him to send over pictures, and right away he told him that he had the wrong part. He then literally sent him a link to the correct part from Lowes ($11) and told him exactly what he needed to do to fix it and to call him back if he needed to! After a quick trip to Lowe's, my husband was able to fix the leak! John and Payless Plumbing went above and beyond. It is obvious that they are extremely honest and trustworthy. “Our water heater broke and flooded the basement on early Sunday morning. Called them and Luciano was on emergency duty. He calmly walked me through what to do, and suggested a good local company for mitigating and drying up the flood (which should ideally be done asap to prevent mold), and scheduled a replacement for Monday. Later in Sunday afternoon, with the mitigation people already at work, the broken heater was leaking some more. It was time to call Luciano again and this time he offered to come and just replace the heater ---on a Sunday afternoon! He was so nice and helpful, and was willing to take hours off his Sunday to do so. Normally they don't do new installations on Sundays. Very pleased with Luciano's going above and beyond, and being so helpful.“
