I contacted Herr’s to install a natural gas line outside for a new grill. The crew they sent out was incredibly professional. They cleanly ran the line through the garage and out the back wall. When the ground was opened they informed me of a broken pipe leading out to the septic system which they were able to fix thankfully, cause that could’ve lead to a much more costly repair in the future.The sub contractor they worked with to help out with trenching the line underground also did an incredible job. I used Herr's to detect and fix a leak coming from the guest bathroom upstairs last year; and recently called them to relocate my gas pipe since it won't fit the design of my new stove. I'm satisfied with both service they performed, the price are reasonable, the technicians are professional and handled our questions well, also, their response time was quick, I was able to book both service within a few days of my request.
