“I called Rich’s Plumbing for an estimate to replace the hot water heater in a condo.

Field Manager, Rich Loehr (not the owner) arrived on time and did a very thorough assessment of the situation. He made several recommendations to make sure the install would be an improvement to the current (very old) set up and to assure the installation would satisfy all current code requirements. He also took a look at the HVAC system and recommended maintenance and cleaning, which I agreed it needed.

Rich was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I had complete confidence in him almost immediately and so I did not hesitate to give him my business.

Although mine was not an emergency situation, Rich was able to accommodate my request to do the install as soon as possible. In fact, he made it happen the very same day!

Rich’s team arrived within a few hours and he remained on site to oversee the installation. It all went very well and I am completely satisfied with the work they did.

I cannot recommend Rich’s Plumbing enough and in fact I have already suggested them on a township Facebook post!“

“I was desperate.... needed one small coupling to install a bar type faucet. Couldn't find it at the box stores.....
East Brunswick Plumbing Supply had what looked like the right one but I wasn't sure. Salesman told me to take it home and try it.....and come back either to return it or buy it. I felt like 1965 in my home town!!! Made my day!!!! I returned and paid for it later in today. A little over $6 With 2 ferrels and 2 nuts. Can't say enough positive for their time and trust ?.
