Their services extend to preventative maintenance, routine services, and addressing urgent issues. Recent customer reviews show the team’s professionalism and efficiency. One team fixed a slow-draining kitchen sink by finding a blockage about 35 ft away and fixing an installation flaw to prevent future issues. They arrived the same day, listened to concerns, and used the correct equipment for the job. Customers also mention their work on furnace replacements and appreciate their neat and clean work. Although some find pricing a bit high, many customers feel the quality and reliability justify the cost. Notably, after Ida, the team installed a sump pump and redid piping, successfully keeping a basement dry during flooding, which customers say was worth every penny. Overall, Mueller Plumbing & HVAC is trusted for quick, honest, and effective service.
