“I contacted Herr’s to install a natural gas line outside for a new grill. The crew they sent out was incredibly professional. They cleanly ran the line through the garage and out the back wall. When the ground was opened they informed me of a broken pipe leading out to the septic system which they were able to fix thankfully, cause that could’ve lead to a much more costly repair in the future.The sub contractor they worked with to help out with trenching the line underground also did an incredible job. Serman Plumbing gave a fair price and finished the job in less than 3 hours. Their warranty is for 6 years labor. No one gives more than one year warranty for labor. They are local and been around in the business for a very long time. What I love the most about them is their customer service and a company who is not charing 4% for using a credit card.
