I highly recommend the team at Theraphysical, especially Ashley. I have a herniated disc in my neck, and Ashley has been exceptional throughout my treatment. She is highly knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly welcoming.

What stands out most is her hands-on approach and her ability to quickly identify the source of my pain, even when my symptoms change from visit to visit. She consistently provides effective treatment that brings lasting relief. The exercise program she designed for me has also been extremely helpful and has significantly reduced my pain over time.
I am so grateful for her expertise, patience, and kindness.

Ashley has helped me tremendously with the issues I’ve been having with my hands. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Kate is a high-spirited physical therapist who has also helped me significantly with my back and neck. Thanks to both of them, I’ve been able to continue functioning and improving in my daily life.
Another big reason I keep coming to Theraphysical in Lyndhurst is the welcoming atmosphere everyone truly makes you feel like they care and genuinely want to help you get better.

Ashley the OT is a miracle worker!!! She has reduced my level of pain, treats me with respect and compassion, and if a master of her craft. She has an extensive knowledge base, and fills every session with check ins and progress monitoring!!!
