My weekly sessions with my trainer Jay are anchoring my fitness journey and something I look forward to every week.The gym is run extremely professionally, boasting high end equipment that looks and feels like nothing you’ve ever seen or touched before. All trainers are pros and very personable - truly committed to helping you achieve your goals, they gently guide and push you at the right pace and with fantastic results. This is not a quick one-and-done transactional relationship that’s trying to sell you magic pills, but rather a level headed approach to fitness and nutrition that can better you for good.There is a sense that Maik’s crew has created a real community (or dare I say family) of like minded trainers with an amazing positive attitude. “Everyone at the center is extremely nice and easy to approach with questions or for help. I came in with constant lower back pain, to a point where I could bare move some mornings. Within a few short weeks, I was starting to feel like my old self. The plan was explained very well, and we are on track with what was laid out during the second consultation. “Coming from a person who has never trained in her life (30 years), who incorporated nothing but junk food in her diet, and avoided all vegetables and fruits, I turned to Sync Fitness to turn my life around. I didn’t know anything about working out, weight lifting or eating right. When I saw two of my very close friends completely transform their bodies after joining Sync, l had to check it out for myself. Joining Sync Fitness has been one of the best decisions of my life. This place entails real results, for real people. It’s a judgement-free zone for all types of people. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or an expert gym rat, you are guaranteed to benefit from everything that Sync provides (i.e. training classes, meal plans, etc.). Even though I’ve only been with Sync Fitness for a year and a half, my life has completely changed for the better. I went from not having a clue about proper form for exercising and weightlifting, to walking across stage for an OCB bodybuilding bikini competition. Whatever your personal fitness goals may be, you are ensured to meet them with the trainers at Sync Fitness. The pricing, the training, the meal plans and the trainers themselves are all worth every cent to create a better version of yourself. He helped me with some shoulder issues, and I've learned something from each session. The sessions are 1 on 1, and I would highly recommend John to anyone who is looking to figure out or fix any issues they are having with their body, whether it's for aches, pains, clicks, etc. You won't regret it!“

“I first came to TYF in search of a personal trainer for my 10 yo daughter who needed a challenging but manageable workout regiment. The intro session with Alexi sealed the deal - my daughter and I have been his clients for several months and couldn't have been happier with the results. Alexi's individualized approach, his meticulousness and attention to detail have helped create a very challenging yet super fun workout plan that has yielded superb results for both of us. “1000% recommend trusting Thelis! She helped me lose ~11 pounds and back close to my original weight within 4 months by jumpstarting my metabolism again!I had gained ~15 pounds during the pandemic that I was unable to get rid of despite my tried and tested methods that I used before the pandemic to stay fit. I’d put off some weight only for it to come back - it was a defeating cycle. This led me to seek a trainer.There are a few things that I love about Thelis:1. She focuses on bodyweight strength training which was a plus for me as I wasn’t a fan of machines and I wanted to learn a workout not dependent on a gym2. She was proactive and focused on pain management and form adjustments which was important to me as I have lower back pain3. She was the only trainer who saw the “extra fat” I was hoping to shed during the consultation. This sounds silly but if a trainer can’t see what you see, they can’t help you accomplish what you want to accomplish4. She had a holistic plan across nutrition, cardio and strength training that she had confidence in!5. She’s a clear and direct communicator who sets expectations appropriately. As an example, I had switched to a vegetarian diet during the pandemic, and we had an open conversation about what progress and pace I can expect if I chose to stay vegetarian vs not.6. She seeks quality (which I do too)! This is in the form of her seeking quality ingredients but also referring me to quality other providers (e.g., chiropractors).7. She helps you learn about nutrition and ingredients along the way - I love this topic too so I was excited to learn and get more curious about what I was buying at the grocery store.8. She helped me incorporate her nutritional guidance into my eating habits. As an example, I cook a lot of Indian food so we found ways to adjust what I was making so I can still eat what I want with some simple tweaks.9. Most importantly - she’s FUN, motivating and challenging!!In terms of the results beyond losing the 11 pounds:1. I feel MY BODY is controlling my eating habits - not MY MIND! It’s much easier to eat better when you don’t feel like you’re forcing yourself to. This is maybe because as I started eating cleaner and reset my body to that level with Thelis’ plan - my body isn’t craving the salty (e.g., cheese is my vice) or sugary things. In fact, I can now literally hear my body yelling at me after I do eat such in the form of bloating, churning, etc. The Mind-Body-Experience (MBX) is possible!2. I feel MUCH BETTER in my clothes and I found love for shopping again.3. I’m seeing much more definition and tone in my arms, shoulders, legs, and abs.4. I feel less bloated, more energetic, less pain in certain parts of my body, & overall more confident!5. I was getting bored of eating out but now I look so much more forward to eating out again because it’s my “cheat meal” and I get to intentionally choose my treat (just like a kid!)“

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shane for 2 months. I am a 26 y/o male, who was looking to build some muscle mass. Shane was always prepared for every session and accommodating. Everything is logged in the app when you work with Shane, so you can easily reference the same workouts when you workout on your own. He taught me new workouts and provided some amazing insight. Since then I’ve been seeing Scott for 1 - 2 hours every week. His commitment to his clients’ long term health and wellness is undisputed. Not only do I feel stronger but my nutrition has improved as well. He is willing to push you as hard as you want to be pushed but is also realistic about expectations and what is practical. “I hurt myself in the gym a number of years ago but wanted to get back into it. I searched for a trainer for about 2 months, checking out all the local gyms in my area. I found the chain gyms were formulaic and only focused on general hands-off guidance at a premium price. I was looking for very specific training focusing on teaching me how not to hurt myself again. José at Prime Fitness met and exceeded my expectations. He provided one on one guidance, handholding and encouragement. I can still hear him yelling "YES" when I did something correctly!
