“Whenever I need plumbing work done, I know it’s not going to be cheap, but I’ve been using “Rainbow Plumbing” not only because he had the lowest price for the job which included a new main shut off valve, two new toilet shut off valves and replacement of a 70 yr. old toilet.

The first thing he did was save me money by getting one of the toilets shut off valves to work again! And I was glad he was a master plumber with decades of experience because I wanted a little above average toilet because it’s an important part of your life and I couldn’t be happier with my new “Toto” toilet, I swear this thing could flush a 3 ft. hoagie! I also had a leaking hot water heater and he said it was just a leaking safety valve which he had to fix after draining it a little and he had everything he needed on his truck, but he saved my hot water heater for a lot more years of use when others would have taken advantage of a senior citizen and put in a new one! “The cost to fix our garbage disposal was a bit higher than I hoped it would be but it was fair, it was easy to schedule with plenty of availability, and the technician that came out was knowledgeable and efficient.“

“Sometimes you don’t know which contractor to call or hope you find one that is professional, reasonable, and get the job done. When my toilet started bubbling, Servtech was quick to respond to my request. Denis was on time, in fact early and put down coverings to protect the floor and cleaned up everything very nicely. He had to come back to fix a tiny little cover for the screw. He treated that tiny little job like he did the first time. Usually you don’t get a call back or text but Denis texted and came back to fix that tiny cover for me. He was very professional, honest, dependable and reasonable. I will definitely call him in the future and most definitely recommend him to anyone who may need his services.“

“I called Jim to repair the main shut off valve in my basement because it was leaking. He instructed me how to fix it myself, saving me the cost of having him come out! Hard to find good guys that are not out to rob you. He will be my go to plumber from now on.“

“We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank.
